Cat Litter Box Cabinet
My husband and I took on this DIY back when we first started dating :). I found this old cabinet at Construction Junction and bought a pet door from the store. Matt helped cut and install the door along with painting and replacing the hardware on it.
FIRST QUILT!!!
Made my first ever quilt with my grandma for my sister Monica.
THIRD QUILT
The third quilt I made with my grandma was for my brother Kevin.
SECOND QUILT
My second quilt that I made with my grandma was for my sister Melanie.
FOURTH QUILT
The fourth quilt I made was for my son Jackson.

I’ll have to find a picture of the finished one, but this one I made for my parents.
Upcycled sweatshirts
Thrifted matching hoodies and used Jackson and Mila’s baby clothes to stencil, cut and sew on letters for LaLa (what the kids call my mom) and Mimi (what the kids call my mother in law).
Upcycled dresser
Found this gem on Facebook marketplace. Matt helped me sand it down, paint it matte black and replace the hardware. We put it in Jackson’s room when we took his for Mila lol.
Upcycled quilted jacket
I thrifted this jacket (original is Universal Thread at Target) and then used my grandma’s fabric to cut out and sew on strips/patches to make a custom jacket for my sister Monica.

It’s Reversible!
However my sewing/DIY skills did not hold up on this one and unfortunately it did rip. The chain was salvageable at least.
DIY Upcycled Scarf Purse
I thrifted two vintage silk scarfs and DIY’ed them together for my sister Monica to take it to Italy.
Men’s shirt skirt
I thrifted two men’s button down shirts and buttoned (then stitched part) to fashion a skirt. I’ve made a few now. This was a first commission that didn’t work out, but did eventually sell.
MAMA upcycled sweatshirt
I used Mila’s old onesie to sew MAMA on to the front of this sweater.
